Kadambari Gladding
Kadambari comes from the tiny coastal state of Goa in western India.
After graduating, she took to working with Tibetan refugees, helping them assimilate in north India, has been a cover girl on ELLE India, spent a year teaching in remote desert North-Western China, before returning to India to work with ad-film and wildlife documentary makers in Delhi and Bombay.
Kadambari came to NZ as a student and completed her film studies
in 2007. The west coast and its bush have held this Yoga enthusiast
and non - conformist, captive ever since.
Kadambari joined the ADU team 3 years ago, keen to share and
explore NZ's diversity. Stories about the environment, alternative
lifestyles, travel and human rights grab her interest-and she
brings her passion for these subjects into her work.
She has an inherent love for all things natural, thanks to her
scientist parents. She's passionate about music from all over the
world, vocals, photography and wildlife. Kadambari speaks Konkani,
Hindi and Tamil.
