The veteran prop - with an exceptional work rate - has been a
regular for Auckland and the Blues for the better part of seven
seasons. He first made his All Blacks debut in 2005 and, with an
ability to play both sides of the scrum, he has been a regular
bench man in Graham Henry's 22 ever since. The 2011 Rugby World Cup
will be his swansong to New Zealand Rugby however as next season he
has signed to play for Irish club Ulster.
