The All Blacks would welcome prop Carl Hayman back swiftly if he decided to return to New Zealand ahead of the 2011 World Cup.

The team leaves London on Monday morning after the weekend's 25-18 defeat by the Barbarians at Twickenham.

The scrum was put under pressure at times by the invitational side and questions about it have been raised during 2009.

While the Northern Hemisphere tour gave opportunities to the likes of Owen Franks and Wyatt Crockett, All Blacks coach Graham Henry would clearly love to have Hayman back in the frame.

The 30-year-old Hayman is rated by most experts as the best tighthead prop in the game.

He won the last of his 46 caps for the All Blacks in the dramatic 2007 Quarter final loss to France in Cardiff.

Hayman's currently contracted to Newcastle in the English Premiership.
