From Coro Street to Shortie Street imported soap star Adam Rickitt
opens up to 20/20's Sonya Wilson about the journey that's taken him
across the world - and from acting to music to politics and back
again. He fronts up on love, the spoils of fame, and all the
rumours and controversy that come with it.
Call for help
We're all taught from an early age that when you need help, call
the emergency services. But when one woman was being pursued by a
killer, she quickly discovered that her call for help was going
nowhere fast. In fact far from rushing to her aid, she was told off
for shouting at the operator. With the whole pursuit and its tragic
consequences caught on tape, you won't believe how badly she was
let down. Her family tell 20/20 they won't stop in their pursuit of
the truth.
Baby makers
For most of her life she's been a laundromat manager, but what
she's really good at is surrogacy. You'll meet the woman who's
delivered a jaw-dropping dozen children, and handed them over to
other families. But why is she doing it? Is she a saint, or simply
addicted to being pregnant?
Lemon aid
You've finally made the decision that you're going to
make that big purchase, but now you've discovered that must have
item is simply, well a lemon. In these tough financial times it's
not like you can afford to take a hit, but the so-called customer
service centre is giving you the run around. So what do you do?
Well one man's devoted his life to finding the best way to get
customer satisfaction guaranteed and tonight he'll tell 20/20 how
you can get what you want.
