This week on 20/20:

My Pregnant Dad: In this week's 20/20 Special Edition "My Dad is Pregnant" we meet Tom and Scott Moore, a married couple bringing up a family in middle America.

The difference with this family is Tom and Scott were both born as girls but now live as men.

While Tom has had a full sex change, Scott has not, which has meant that with the help of a sperm donor they are able to have children.

As with any family they have their ups and downs, but some of the most trying challenges come from the outside, from a community struggling to come to terms with their lifestyle.
